To view reports, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari with cross-site cookie tracking enabled.
Accessing Reports
1. Navigate to the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal.

2. From the left menu, select Reports. |

3.Click Reports to launch the Reports page. |
|
List View Select Sponsor & Expo to expand the options and navigate to the report’s menu. Select the View Report button to access the report details.
Grid View Select the View Report button on the report’s tiles. Select the View Report button to access a specific report. |
Event Cloud Report User Interface (UI)
The following features are consistent across all reports. No matter which reports you are viewing, these concepts remain the same.
In the upper right area of reports, control buttons allow Admins to customize their view:

Individual Sponsor Overview Report
The Individual Sponsor Overview Report shows Sponsor page views favorited, as well as more detailed information about how attendees interacted with sponsor pages.
The Attendee Lead Details tab lists all attendees who visited a Sponsor or Exhibitor page and clicked the Email me more information button.
If a Sponsor is associated with more than one Sponsor/Exhibitor Booth, the Filter to Sponsor option on the right-hand menu to select the radio button for the Booth data you wish to display. |
Meeting Details for Your Sponsor Staff
The Meeting Details for Sponsor Staff Report displays all the meetings that sponsor staff participated in. As a Sponsor, you will receive an overview of all sponsor meetings that occurred within your assigned Sponsor Booth(s).

The sponsor’s company name. |
Sponsor Staff Name |
The staff member who participated in the meeting. |
Meeting Type |
This column populates the Meeting Type selected by the Requester when scheduling the Appointment. Common Meeting Types include Peer to Peer, Sponsor, and Expert meetings. |
Meeting ID |
A unique identifier for each Meeting, this ID will auto populate when a Meeting is requested in the Event Cloud site. |
Subject |
This column populates the Meeting Subject. The subject is inputted by the Requester when scheduling the Appointment. |
Status |
This column displays the Meeting Status (Cancelled, Pending Approval, or Approved). |
Time Slot |
This column displays the Time Slot (date/time) associated with a Session. The Time Slot populates from the Session Details page. If no Time Slot is added, the column will be blank. |
Location |
This column displays the Location (physical or virtual meeting) associated with a Session. The Location populates from the Session Details page. If no Location is added, the column will be blank. |
Participant Role |
The Event Cloud role(s) associated to the user accessing the Sponsor Booth. |
Participant Name |
The full name of the user accessing the Sponsor Booth. |
Participant Email |
The email address of the user invited to the Meeting. |
Invitation Status |
The invite status of the user invited to the Meeting (Accepted, Pending, Declined). |
Meeting Checked In |
This column displays the meeting participation per user.
Virtual Events Yes: The user accepted the Meeting invite. No: The user did not accept the Meeting invite.
In-Person Events Yes: The user checked in at the physical location. No: The user did not check in at the physical location. |
Created Date |
The date the user profile was created in the Event Cloud site. In some reports, this column will display Date Created or Created Date. |
Additional Information |
This column displays additional meeting data that was entered by the Meeting Requestor. |
Sponsor Resource Download Details
The Sponsor Resource Download Details Report displays all sponsor resources (such as PPT or videos) and which users downloaded them.
Event Cloud Admins will see every user that downloaded the resource, but Sponsors will see only those users who chose to share their information by clicking the Email me more button.

Sponsor Name |
This column displays the name assigned to an Event Cloud Sponsor. |
Resource ID |
A unique identifier assigned to each Resource. |
Username |
The Username is a unique login (typically email address) assigned to Event Cloud participants. |
Company |
The Company associated to the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings. |
User Title |
The job Title of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings. |
Roles |
The Standard Event Cloud Roles assigned to each user will appear in this column. The Standard roles can be updated by Event Admin users in the Users section of the Event Cloud Site. |
Exporting a Report
Click the three dots (upper right-hand corner), to launch the More Options menu and export report data. If the report has been filtered (with rows included or excluded), the data that is exported will also be filtered.
