How to Install Event Cloud Mobile Apps

Event Cloud mobile apps make it easier to access the event right from your phone screen! In this article, we will discuss how to add your event to your Android or iOS device.

Keep in mind that you will only be able to view the event as an attendee in the mobile app, even if you do have multiple roles assigned to you. 

Installing the App for iOS Devices

1. Navigate to your event through the browser on your phone and log in. Make sure you are in the Schedule Builder portal.  

Please note, the app can only be installed by using Safari on all iOS devices.

3. Follow the steps on the screen. If you did not install the app on the first visit, these same steps can still be followed at any point to download the app. Let's review those here.

 

Start by selecting the Share option at the bottom of the screen in your browser Tool Bar.

4. Scroll down until you see the Add to Home Screen option. Go ahead and select this.

5. Confirm that you want to add the app to your screen. Click Add in the upper right-hand corner. Once this is complete, the app should now appear on your home screen!

Installing the App for Android Devices

1. Navigate to your event through the browser on your phone and log in. Make sure you are in the Schedule Builder portal.

3. If you see the option to add the app to your Home screen at the bottom of the page you can select this as well.

4. From here, click Install to add to your home page.

5. If you did not choose either of the options, no worries! You can still download the app by clicking on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

6. Now you can select the Install app option. Once you have confirmed your installation, your event app should now be available on your phone's home screen.
