Become Available For Meetings And Visible On The Community Page

The ability to connect and engage with others is one of the most important benefits of attending an event. Event Cloud's meetings tool offers a powerful and intuitive way to connect with sponsors, experts, and other attendees. As an attendee you can schedule meetings with others, and make yourself available for others to schedule meetings with you. 

In order to make yourself available for meetings, you must configure your privacy settings on your profile page to allow others to view your profile, and be able to schedule meetings with you. 

1. Log into Event Cloud and click on My Profile in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page. https://hubbhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360098071354/my_profile.png
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view or edit your settings under the Privacy Settings heading https://hubbhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360098071454/privacy_settings.png
3. Check the box next to Show my profile in the community. https://hubbhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360098071474/show_profile.png
4. Check the box next to Allow other people to request meetings with me https://hubbhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360100330913/allow_others.png
5. Click Save https://hubbhelp.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360098071534/save.png

 

Now that you have made yourself available for meetings, other attendees will be able to request meetings with you. Please note that if you do not allow others to request meetings with you, you will still be able to schedule your own meetings.
